So, we here at pulsd have had our fair share of seasonal cocktails. From mulled wine to pumpkin beers to peppermint martinis, we have really have gotten jolly off some of New York City’s finest. However, there is one seasonal libation that we feel reigns superior to all the others - by a significant amount. We were stopped in our tracks when visiting one of our favorite spots, BONDST, for a couple pre-holiday party drinks. Questionably one of our strongest moves of the year was ordering their Hot Buttered Cider.

Comprised of Rittenhouse Rye, Cold-Pressed Fuji Apples, Rosemary Butter, All-spice, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Star Anise, & Brown Sugar, it is quite simply, what we called, “a holiday in a cup.” Served nice and warm and topped with a branch of a pine tree, this drink is remarkable. Sweet from the apples, butter and sugar mixed with the strength of the rye, makes for something incredible in your mouth.

Honestly, do yourself a favor and head to BONDST before the holiday season is over. It’s so fabulous that you probably will have to get two - we don’t blame you - we sure did. It’s SO worth it.
And, you get hungry while you are sipping on this delicious piece of heaven, we strongly suggest the Big Eye Tuna Tart. It’s phenomenal. Top five best appetizers we have ever had. Just get it. It’s amazing. Get to BONDST now.
