Restaurant Name: Industry Kitchen
Location: Seaport
The Scoop: This amaaaaazing new venue for drinks, dinner, parties - you name it - has recently opened on the water and couldn’t be better.

The Vibe: With the tremendous humidity of the city, getting near the water is essential. Right off Maiden and South Street, this place combines the amazing sunshine that we New Yorkers lack (#paleAF) with the refreshing breeze of the river. It’s an absolutely perfect combination. The setup is is ideal with half the area open, right on the boardwalk & the other having some coverage from the sun. It’s just a straight up fun, relaxed ambiance - just what everyone needs.
The atmosphere is very sophisticated cool, with an abundance of young professionals grabbing drinks after work. At the same time, it’s a great spot for a date night dinner on the water. You really can’t lose.

We attended their grand opening party, which was absolutely unreal. From their refreshing cocktails to their decadent passed hors’ d’oeuvres to their impressive fire juggler, this party did not disappoint.

Girl, you be killing it. #flawless
For drinks, we really tried a range of what they were serving us - Vanilla Mojito, Bourbon Berry Smash, Crimson Clover, White Wine Sangria - yeah, we went all out. We typically don’t discriminate when it comes to trying cocktails. With that these drinks were beautifully crafted & obviously, we enjoyed every bit of them. We put out the vibe at the bar & the bartenders were extraordinarily helpful and guided us to choices we would like (#BourbonSmash). To note, one of the bartenders also did some fire juggling behind the bar - you do you, man. #skills

For the food, we got to try out their new passed hors’ d’oeuvres, which were plentiful, & naturally, we were not complaining. Personally our favorite was the half plum topped with burratta and ham, which was absolutely to die for. I mean, you put burratta on anything and we are in business. Realistically, we loved them all. Another favorite was the blistered shishito pepper with creamy ranch dressing & steak - I mean, how could you go wrong? Others included a cherry tomato, mozzarella, basil combo, cucumbers with smoked salmon, and many more. Trust us, based off their light bites, their menu as a whole is going hit it out of the park. We are ready to go back as soon as we can.

Industry Kitchen really hit a high note with #pulsd and we are very excited to, one, get back there as much as possible, & two, see how their new space on the pier evolves. The restaurant has acquired the space outstretched on the pier to the north, so make sure to check out both! Whether you are just their for a drink or to dance the night away, Industry Kitchen has what you need. We will be back.
