Not sure what to do this weekend? Well, if you’re not outside and taking advantage of this amazing weather, you’re blowing it. I mean, you could brunch, you could go to a concert, you could get drinks on a rooftop, you could BBQ, you could play some tennis - the options are endless. Here are some things to keep in mind this weekend:
1. Brunch is always a strongest option.

When in doubt, brunch. What could be wrong about a solid eggs benedict and unlimited mimosas? Nothing. And then you have the rest of the day at your finger tips to explore the greatest city in the world. Toloache, Black Ant, La Cerveceria, Claw Daddy’s & The Stand have some AMAZING brunches. #WinBrunch

2. Rooftops should be a play at some point.

You know that when it gets to the beginning of October, those beautifully Instagramable rooftops won’t be available. And it will be depressing. You won’t want to have any #regrets about missing out. Hotel Chantelle, Pod 39, Tequila Park, & Birreria are our faves.

3. In the same breath, you’re BLOWING it if you’re not on the water.

Come on. In a couple months, you will literally avoid being near the river like the plague. Icy gusts of wind and no place to hide? Misery. So head to the Frying Pan, the North River Lobster Co, The Boat Basin (a personal UWS fave), The Grand Banks (fancy), or The Water Club (East side whaaaaaat) - grab yourself a drink, and take it all in.

4. If you aren’t exercising outside (if at all), you are also blowing it.

It’s going to be freezing soon and there won’t be an option but miserably chaining yourself to that damn stairmaster. Or, you’ll give up all hope & watch Netflix instead of hitting the gym. Regardless, it’s beautiful out - walk, run, bike - do something. It’s a waste if you don’t.

Have an amazing weekend, New Yorkers. Savor summer.
